What is a Home Inspection? & Mortgage 101 - A CE Class for Agents2 Classes in One!
We will start the class with "What is a Home inspection", that has value to both new and veteran agents. The class gives insight and information into the mechanics of what a home inspection is, what it should be, and the tools of the trade. It will also give insight into finding the right inspector for you, the current status of the home inspection industry and its future. The course encourages open discussion to meet specific concerns or questions. Then we'll finish the last hour with Mortgage 101 in which this class will go over the in's and out's of the mortgage process. You will expect to gain a basic understanding of loan types and the complete process from pre-approval to the final loan approval. You will be saving $10 taking this class over taking them separately. Hope to see you in Class!
